When you call to set up an appointment for a free estimate, we’ll work around your schedule. Our Sales Manager, Chris Haller, will visit your home and measure its square footage, the size and number of windows, return size, and ductwork to see if everything meets North Carolina codes. With these measurements, Chris will generate a load calculation that he’ll review with you to make sure you understand the heating and cooling needs of your home. Every home is different, and the load calculation ensures that properly sized equipment is installed to accomplish efficient in-home comfort.
After the appointment, Chris will create a quote that will include several options. He’ll make sure you get what you want and what you need at the best possible price. He’ll also give second opinions on quotes from other companies. We’ll price match comparable system offers to make sure you get quality products and services at an affordable price.

Our service technicians will come to your home in uniform and in a company truck for your safety. You’ll be notified by the dispatch office or the technician that they’re on the way to your home. The trip/diagnostic charge is $95.00 plus tax. The technician will inspect your system and determine the issue(s). If there’s going to be an additional cost, the technician will give you a price estimate to repair or replace so you have no surprises. They can address your questions and concerns with regard to the age, condition, and overall health of your HVAC system.
